Is this for me?

 

This course is aimed at climbers who are operating in a multi-pitch environment. Rescue can often be hours away, even if climbing at easily accessible locations, so being self reliant in emergency situations is crucial.

 

What do I need? Lakes adventure will provide all safety equipment. You will just need your usual personal climbing kit suitable for multi-pitch rock climbing.

 

Where do we go?

 

Day 1 will take place at a single pitch venue

Day 2 will be at an appropriate venue allowing progression from the previous day.

 

How Long?

 

The course will be delivered over two days to learn, practice and consolidate all the relevant skills and techniques. Please get in touch if you would like to have a bespoke course to suit your needs. Maybe you would like to work on a specific area like counter balance abseils and re-belays or how to escape a sea cliff with an injured climber.
