Ever wanted to step out of your comfort zone and abseil down a vertical rock face? Push your limits and challenge yourself in a unique and adventurous way? Our guides will provide all the equipment and coaching at a venue suitable for the level of excitement you are craving.
Is this for me?
This is an activity for everyone! Are you on a family holiday and want to keep your children engaged and active? Whether the thought of heights gets your heart racing or you are fearless in the face of vertical exposure. No experience is required to enjoy this session and is recommended for groups of friends and families alike. Children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult
What do I need?
Our highly qualified guide will bring all the safety gear required for this activity. All you need is some warm and wet weather clothing, food, water, and most importantly a massive smile and the willingness to push out your comfort zones.
Where do we go?
This will be decided depending on the level of excitement you wish to experience. We can provide a gentle introduction into abseiling in stunning locations across the UK or if you are seeking the ‘big thrills’ then why not try a gigantic 130ft shear wall with a wild free hang at Cathedral Quarry. Whichever you choose we can assure you the adrenaline will be pumping!
How Long?
These sessions work well as a half day activity. The sessions will last around 4 hours which leaves you plenty of time in the day to explore the local amenities and sights or better still; mix it in with our Climbing Taster Session and make a full day of it!
